Girls Who Land Mom & Me Sponsored Experience Will Be Mentored
By Susan Love Loughmiller a longtime activist in Santa Monica and surrounding Westside Los Angeles communities. She was an award-winning journalist for 25 years at major metropolitan newspapers around the country including as a top editor at newspapers in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Cincinnati and Indianapolis. Among Susan's many awards was an editor of the year national award from the E.W. Scripps Co., publisher of Scripps-Howard newspapers. She has been a credited editor on several books and participated in poetry readings and events throughout the city. She also has writing and marketing experience working at UCLA and other L.A. organizations. She has collaborated the last decade with Carlos Cymerman on Our Moms Work For Good based in Los Angeles' Westside.
